AllesKlar is a totally new type of purging material formulated based on cutting-edge interface engineering. A material that possesses high affinity with metal forms a thin film on the surfaces of screws and cylinders, chemically purging residual plastics and carbide adhered to them, and then forcibly discharging the residue with base resin.
Mineral-free AllesKlar can also be used for molds, hot runners and gear pumps. Since the functional solution contained in AllesKlar is effective in dispersing and deflocculating materials, it prevents carbide from being generated. With regular purging, molding machines can be kept clean.

1.	Completely eliminates carbide and also cleans molds, T-dies, ring dies, and hot runners.
2.	Discharges residual materials from the inside of machines through completely chemical action.
3.	There is no need to worry about residual materials on the surface. Since the liquid serving as a functional solution is mildly alkaline (pH 7.8), it does not damage metal surfaces and plating.
4.	The product is an easy-to-use master batch type solution. Just mix 5% of AllesKlar directly into base resin or recycled material that your company has on hand and put the mixture into a hopper.
5.	Since it does not contain any minerals, discharged purging resin can be recycled.
6.	With just one level, it can be used for all thermoplastic resins.
7.	Since it is mixed at only 5% of the base resin, cost per kilogram is equal to or less than competing products.
